The cabins are all completely unique designs creating an individuality of experience. Whilst all provide ‘feature’ bathtubs and super-king size beds. They are the perfect spaces for lazy mornings, cozy evenings and even rainy days. Their carefully curated interiors don’t just exude luxury but ensure comfort.
The windows here are a framed portal to the outdoors. Wander outside to sit on the deck whilst you cradle a mug of coffee in the crisp morning air. A short path leads to the lake where you can watch the morning mist roll off the water. Take a walk of the gardens or through the woods it is all yours to explore.
As night falls you can light the fire pit or log burner and gather by the fireside as it cackles and pops. Dinner can be cooked using the flames or just to toast your post dinner marshmallows. The darkness creeps in and you can gaze into night sky, the stars come out here in a way they only do outside the city.
The centrepiece of the Goose is its 2-acre lake, fed from a deep underground spring. Watch the sunlight bounce off its green-blue waters from the bank, dip your feet off the jetty, dive in for some wild swimming, paddle board across its glassy surface or just drift in the row boat. It’s a place of serenity to enjoy however you like.
The Goose’s latest addition is our lakeside sauna taking inspiration from the Nordic Fjords. Guests can book a complimentary private 45-minute sauna and swim. Detox your bodies and then dive in for a truly refreshing dip just as nature attended. This is wellness with a truly wild twist..
